Refund Policy

The shopper has the right to cancel an order within 7 days of the contract with us, or within 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).  If an order is cancelled, payment will be returned in full.  In case of cancellation if the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a ‘change of heart’ then delivery costs will be bourn by the customer.  However, if there is a fault delivery costs will be bourn by the supplier.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or broke item, it will be replaced free of charge.  We may require the item to be returned but we will refund the carriage cost.  Items broken on arrival must be reported within 48 hours.

It is only possible to return standard items for a refund.  They must be returned in perfect condition in original boxing, ready for resale.  We reserve the right not to refund or offer part refund on goods not complying with the above.  We allow 14 days for return of items.

Personalised items are non-refundable.
